I’m Kevin Pedeaux, a coffee roaster and business operator in New Orleans. I started Coast Roast Coffee in 2009 selling fresh-roasted beans at local markets, then opened CR Coffee Shop on Magazine Street. I was one of the original vendors at St. Roch Market, the city’s historic food hall, and today I run it. I also build CoreRail, software for food halls and coffee shops, and host Coffee with Kevin, an interview series on YouTube.
